Best Outdoor Space and Best Marketing Campaign Winners

Nottingham Conferences is delighted to announce they have  won Best Outdoor Space category for the second year running and Best Marketing Campaign at the Conference News Academic Venue Awards 2018, which took place on Tuesday  27th November at the University of Birmingham.

Building on over £5 million investment into its glorious landscaped grounds and outdoor spaces, Nottingham Conferences hosted a diverse range of over 70 unique outdoor events over the past year including national sports tournaments and championships, as well as Weddings and the University of Nottingham’s Summer Graduation Garden Party. 

Best Marketing Campaign Award

Within Nottingham Conferences' marketing strategy, a well-researched, thought-provoking and on point creative marketing campaign to ‘Keep it On Campus’ resulted in increased reinvestment back into the University through retention of the University pound.

The Conference News Academic Venue Awards are designed to celebrate the ‘best of the best’ through 13 carefully selected categories, as well as bringing together representatives from the UK’s top academic venues with event buyers to network, share best practice, highlight progress and celebrate success.
