Named after the Nottinghamshire family whose former residence was the nearby Wollaton Hall, Willoughby is an imposing hall situated close to the University West entrance, and within easy walking distance of the busy shopping centre of Beeston. Willoughby can accommodate up to 240 guests on five separate floors.
Willoughby can accommodate up to 240 guests on five separate floors served by a central lift, and features a large dining room with raised dais, and a licensed bar with an outdoor patio for summer evening drinks.
One visitor, a South American, actually has a suite named after him – the Machicado Suite – which boasts a number of paintings donated as an impressive gift to the hall, and a memento of his visit.
