Staff
With over 20 years' experience, our staff have the expertise of handling conferences and delegates, so you can feel confident that your event will run smoothly. We will work with you from your first enquiry to the completion of your event to ensure that it is a success.
As soon as you have confirmed your booking, you will be assigned a dedicated Event Co-ordinator who will oversee your event from this point forward. As each event is unique, your event co-ordinator works with you to put together a business sheet of how you would like your event to run, which is then used to liaise with the relevant internal teams and ensure your requests are implemented.
Our award-winning chefs source your food carefully to provide you with a high standard of mouthwatering cuisine. Menus can be picked from our existing choice or created especially for you. Nothing is too much trouble. Food allergies are catered for and vegetarians can expect a delicious alternative to the main dish.
AV Support
In all of Nottingham Conferences venues, a wide range of audio visual technology and support is available. Significant investment has recently ensured that the auditorium in the East Midlands Conference Centre benefits from the latest AV and lighting equipment, and as expected in one of the country's leading universities, impressive equipment is available throughout. Coupled with on-site support to ensure that your AV requirements are met.
Feedback
We rely on feedback from our customers to ensure that we continue to improve our service to you. In the days following your event, your Event Co-ordinator will send you a link to our on-line survey system inviting you to take a couple of minutes of your time to complete our survey. We will ask you about all elements from our booking process through to the end of your event. If you have any queries, we will respond to you straight away, and all feedback is collated and circulated to managers for action on a regular basis.
