On-site Audio Visual support

The East Midlands Conference Centre benefits from an extensive range of built-in audio visual, projection and lighting facilities, all backed by the support of a dedicated team based on site. In the smaller conference suites, overhead drop-down projection screens are installed for connection to laptops, whilst the stand alone Gallery Suite on the first floor has a built-in media wall. Recently updated ceiling-mounted lighting bars in the Conference Theatre have created a bespoke package, offering intelligent lighting, projection facilities and stereo sound. In the Banqueting Suite a range of wall lights and sails are available to add the finishing touches to your event. A range of specific and tailored packages can be created to meet specific needs of the client and our AV technicians will hold one-to-one meetings with you on the run up to your event to ensure that we meet your needs.
