Pupils Get Creative for EMCC Birthday Celebrations...

Pupils from Dovecote Primary, Whitegate Primary and Milford Primary schools have all been asked to help design a birthday logo for the East Midlands Conference Centre to celebrate its 25 year anniversary in November.

The year 5 children who are all aged between 9 -11 have been given a basic introduction to branding and been given advice on how best to create their designs. All three schools have been invited to come along to the EMCC on 25th May where they will be able to view all of the entries and the winner will also be announced.

Leading the project, Kirstie Danzey Marketing Manager for Nottingham Conferences explains; "The East Midlands Conference Centre has played host to a number of events in 25 years, with all profits going back into the University, as well as bringing a significant direct economic benefit into Nottingham. We felt that the competition would be a great way of celebrating this and further engaging with the local community."

The deadline for entries is 30th April and all entries will be available on our website...So keep a look out!
