Two years after the launch of its new conference brand, Nottingham Conferences returns to the Academic Venue Show in 2010 with
a new stand, and some unique giveaways to mark the start of the countdown to a very special anniversary!
Representing the entire conference and events portfolio of The University of Nottingham, Nottingham Conferences incorporates the sub-brands of the East Midlands Conference Centre, Jubilee Campus, University Park and Sutton Bonington.
Visitors to the Academic Venue Show 2010 will see Nottingham Conferences (stand 26) explaining the dedication and experience offered by the entire team to deal with any request. It will be introducing special rates for group B&B bookings in the summer 2010; unveiling a unique resource for academic conferences and revealing plans for celebrations to take place later in the year to mark the 25th anniversary of the East Midlands Conference Centre.
Special group B&B Rates for summer 2010
Nottingham has some great events to look forward to in summer 2010; the launch of the new Robin Hood movie in May, the England v Pakistan cricket test match starting on 29 July and the 30th annual Robin Hood marathon on 12 September.
To mark these events, Nottingham Conferences are offering special rates during the entire summer 2010 for groups of 20 or more. Standard rooms are available for £25 per night and en-suite rooms for £30 per night. All prices are inclusive of VAT and include a hot breakfast.

Celebrating 25 years of success
Opened in 1985, the East Midlands Conference Centre celebrates a quarter of a century in 2010 of exceptional facilities and a dedicated support team and has provided a wide range of conferences, meetings and events to over 2 million delegates during this time.
