CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY FEEDBACK IN JUNE

The food was outstanding - especially the gold diggers crunch pie!  Special thanks to the AV guys for all their hard work.

The five stars I give for everything refelect the fact that I find working with the Event Co-ordinator and the team at EMCC a pleasure and they really work hard to make a success of each event and treat people with kindness and courtesy.

No suggestions for improvement, service was superb.

I have recommended the venue to colleagues.  I thought it was excellent value for money and will use the venue again.

I would have no hesitation in recommending it.  In fact, I recommend it whenever I get the opportunity, or am asked about it.

The support given to me by the event co-ordinator and the rest of the Team during a very stressful time arranging our Charity Ball was second to none.

Brilliant customer support throughout the entire process, from planning to the day of the event through to the billing afterwards.

All the staff at the EMCC and the Halls of Residence were excellent.  Their customer service was great.

There was really nothing ot improve upon, we were extremely impressed with the level of customer service it was impeccable.

It was a fantastic do.
