- Our Event Co-ordinator was very professional and nothing was too much trouble
- The Sales Executive was very helpful with the original enquiry and booking and our Event Co-ordinator was also helpful once contact had been established.
- It was a fantastic evening and no stone was left unturned, we cannot thank you enough for the organisation of the event.
- I was very impressed with the whole package. Our Event Co-ordinator did a great job, she was efficient and friendly. The IT staff were brilliant and made our lives much easier. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The catering staff were great as well. Also the high standard of the rooms and food really made the day. Thanks so much to everyone who was involved we all felt it was a very successful event.
- I would like to say a special and warm thank you to all at the East Midlands Conference Centre. The level of service form the venue was far beyond my expectations. Having worked in 100s of venues around Europe, I would say that this has been the best service I have received on every level from a venue.
