Our dedicated onsite Hotel Reservation Service team (HRS) is on hand to assist with hotel accommodation at any time of the year.
The team are in constant contact with local hotels and are able to negotiate preferential rates on your behalf.
New hotels are always being added to our database but, if you do wish to book a particular hotel not currently listed below, please contact us and we will try to negotiate on your behalf.
