100% satisfaction... On the day we were made to feel very welcome by all the staff at the centre, everyone was fantastic in helping us sort all the last minute additions and things that I knew nothing about. Food service for both lunch and dinner far exceeded 2011. Lunch was good without any complaints at all, fast and efficient with comments that the sandwiches were good. Dinner service was handled extremely well, very smooth and well managed. The quality of the food was excellent and once again we were really well looked after. Overall I thought all of your team went all out to help us make it a success. I do think the positive attitude from EMCC really contributed and helped us in the delivery of a positive and motivating conference.
