Whether it’s an intimate dining experience for 20 people or a magnificent banquet for 588, the East Midlands Conference Centre has all you need to make your event special.

For larger events, the stunning glass atrium entrance is the perfect place to host a reception. With its own bar, this light airy space is ideal for meeting and greeting guests, where drinks and canapes can be served.

A short walk through the lower concourse leads you and your guests through to the banqueting suite. One of the largest banqueting areas in the region, up to 588 can be seated to enjoy food prepared freshly on-site by our team of award-winning chefs. Click here to view a selection of menus.

Once your dinner is over, you can dance the night away next to our stunning sparkling starlit background, enjoying the benefit of our superb sound systems.

Alternatively, the Conference Theatre can be used for more intimate dinners, race nights, film-viewings or private parties. With the retractable tiered seating pushed back, this room takes on a whole new perspective and can be themed to form a nightclub-styled area. Up to 140 people can be accommodated for dining on round tables.

If you are looking for a smaller evening gathering, the Gallery can be booked for private dining for up to 60. With it's own separate entrance and kitchen area, you can enjoy exclusive fine dining in peaceful surroundings.
