Banqueting Suite

The Banqueting Suite is the largest flat-floored area of the East Midlands Conference Centre. It boasts a superb sound system, which is perfect for enhancing speeches, presentations and entertainment.

Staging, projection and a dance floor can also be provided. The room is great for large events, but can also adapt for smaller functions with its retractable walls it can create additional break-out spaces or meeting facilities for smaller events.

• Seats up to 550 theatre-style, 588 dining or 676sqm of exhibition space
• Fully air conditioned room
• Bespoke AV packages: including intelligent lighting, projection facilities and stereo sound
• Wide choice of stage settings and a dance floor
