Terms and Conditions

• Your provisional reservation will be held for two weeks by which time the booking form and deposit (£10 per person) must have been received.
• Final numbers, choice of main course and full payment is required fourteen days prior to your event.
• Payment can be made by credit card, cash or one cheque.
• Nottingham Conferences, the University of Nottingham reserve the right to change agreed rooms, with appropriate discussion, if indicated numbers do not materialise.
• The University accepts no liability for any damage or loss of personal possessions however caused.
• The Organiser shall indemnify the University in full in respect of any damage caused to the facilities or other University property, and for any loss, claim, damage, expense or demand suffered by the University, arising out of the act or omission of the organiser or any guest including any failure by the Organiser to comply with its obligations under this clause.
